After 4 months of use, the hand-rest started crackingGood points:The chair is comfortable and easy to change the reclining angle and the height.The wide range of the reclining angle is outstanding which is very useful for back pains.The seat material is soft and pleasant.The chair is relatively light that makes it easy to move around.The bad points:Because it is light (the legs are made of plastic) it is not as stable as heavy chairs.The hand-rests are not fixed well and rotate unintentionally.In contrast to the good design, the materials and the construction is cheap.This part I added after using the chair for another couple of months.The casters are low-grade and bad. It makes the stability worse, and it makes moving around difficult.Eventually, I replace them with normal grade casters and now my chair is more stable and moving well.
