HUNE BRANDON ERIC 5 This was a lifesaver when I ruptured my Achilles tendon. It takes about 30 seconds to put on or take off, and being able to go up stairs and hold things in your hands is amazing. You can even lift heavy things or bend down to pick things off the floor. It's very similar to another brand that is widely available, but about half the price. The color is horrible, but you'll get a lot of jokes about LEGO, which can be fun. This thing stands out, so be prepared to get a lot of strange looks! (Totally worth it, though)It's easy to put together. The hard part will be getting used to the straps. (You adjust the black sides of the straps just one time, and use the red sides for quick adjustments from then on.) I found it easiest to use with the red straps towards the outside of my foot.It fits over casts or moon boots, and you can easily slip in some cushioning if a strap is hurting you. I'm 185cm and it was easy for me to walk around in. The peg leg portion can be quickly adjusted to fit your height. You can even do it while standing on it.The only thing I didn't like is some of the wingnut/screws can loosen over time. Check the tightness every few days. Some advice, watch some videos from a similar product on how to use the green thigh adjustment levers at the top. It can really change how you walk. The middle setting is probably NOT what's best for you.
